Training Program - HEAT
Hostile Environment Awareness Training
Our HEAT training aims to equip your staff with the skills and competencies required to face operational risks in high-risk areas and to provide them with the necessary tools to prepare for deployment in sensitive zones. We aim to support your organisation’s activities by delivering highly realistic practical exercises combined with advanced theoretical knowledge, delivered over several days in an immersive setting.
Target audience:
Any personnel required to travel to high-risk areas and/or wishing to improve their security awareness.
Duration and organisation:
The training duration is adapted according to the number of modules chosen by the client, with four constraints:
- The minimum duration required to validate the basic training is 2.5 days (i.e. 20 hours);
- The maximum duration is 5 days (i.e. 40 hours), depending on the client’s identified needs;
- Each training day lasts a maximum of 8 hours;
- The training is delivered exclusively in person.
To preserve the interactive and immersive nature of the HEAT training, we accommodate between 12 and 30 participants per session, depending on your staff size, while maintaining a ratio of 1 instructor per 6 participants.
Prerequisites and entry conditions for training:
Participants must:
