Téva Saint-Antonin is deputy country manager in Libya. Based in Tripoli, Téva is responsible for the management of institutional contracts in Libya and actively participates in Amarante's commercial development in the country. He joined the Amarante International Institutions teams in 2022 as a junior project manager in Brussels. His strong involvement in business development, particularly on European projects in Libya, led him to join the team dedicated to the group's Libyan activity in December 2022.

Téva Saint-Antonin holds a master’s degree in European studies from the Institute of European Studies in Brussels and has experience in European policies and public procurement.
