Gauthier Convent is Regional Director for the Middle East and North Africa at Amarante International. He supervises, structures and develops the Group's subsidiaries and activities in this strategic region.

Gauthier joined Amarante in 2016 to participate in the launch of Amarante Institutions Internationales, a subsidiary dedicated to supporting institutions in sensitive areas. He successively held the positions of Business Development Manager and then Executive Director. Within the Group, Gauthier plays a key role in the development and management of European contracts, the integration of new solutions and services, and the development of new partnerships.

Prior to joining Amarante, Gauthier worked for one of North America's leading security companies. Based in Brussels, he was then seconded to Bamako where he was successfully responsible for the opening of the Group's Malian subsidiary. A graduate of Sciences Po Brussels, Gauthier enriched his training with a Law and International Relations program in Chile and a master’s degree in security and Conflict Resolution at the Université Libre de Bruxelles.
