Since 2014, Othman Zeghnoun has been the Head of Operations Coordination of Amarante Algérie.

Othman began his career as a lawyer with a firm specialising in intellectual property law and the fight against counterfeiting. In 2011, he became legal assistant at a notary practice.

Othman holds a degree in Law (2007) and a CAPA certificate of aptitude in Law (2008).
