Valérian Frossard is the Afghanistan Project Manager. Based in Kabul, Valerian is responsible for the management of institutional contracts in Afghanistan and actively participates in the commercial development of Amarante's subsidiary in the country. He joined Amarante and the private security sector, first in Brussels where he specialized in diplomatic security contracts, then in the MENA region, where he held the position of Project Manager for Iraq (EU Office in Erbil), and now, for Afghanistan.

Before that, he worked for the French Ministry of the Armed Forces, in the field of military cooperation, particularly in Africa.

Valerian is a graduate of Sciences Po Strasbourg, with a master’s degree in European security and international Stability.
