Based in Brussels, Emma holds a Master's degree in Negotiations and International Expertise from Sciences Po Strasbourg, with a specialisation in conflict zones.

After joining the security sector in February 2024 as a geopolitical analyst, Emma joined Amarante Académie as a Junior Project Manager. With a multidisciplinary academic background, she has held the position of Project and Business Development Manager at Amarante Académie since March 2025.
