Eloïse joined Amarante in 2020 within the Brussels subsidiary, Amarante Institutions Internationales. Since 2023, she has held the position of Business Development Manager dedicated to institutions. She previously held the positions of Project Manager and Deputy to the Business Development Manager. Eloïse has an in-depth knowledge of international institutions, in particular the European Union and its external action. She also has solid experience of international procurement, which she puts to good use both in Brussels and in the field with Amarante's partners.

Before joining Amarante, Eloïse worked at France's Military and Defense Representation to the European Union, then at the Secretariat of the European Parliament's Subcommittee on Security and Defense. She holds a Master's Degree from Sciences Po Paris in international security and from the College of Europe in international relations and European Union diplomatic studies. She is fluent in French and English.
