Coleen joined Amarante in June 2022 as an Africa Analyst in the Amarante Risk Intelligence and Strategic Expertise department. She has lived in several countries of the region, including South Africa, Cameroon, Senegal, Ivory Coast and Mauritania, where she acquired solid knowledge on the various security issues encountered in the area.
Before joining Amarante, Coleen had a first experience within the Group as an intern from June to December 2019. She then worked for the French Elements in Senegal as an analyst and for the French Forces in Côte d'Ivoire as a political advisor to the Joint Staff in Abidjan. Coleen also assisted the Director of Education of the G5 Sahel Defence College in Nouakchott for several months.
Coleen is a graduate of the International Security Master of Sciences Po Paris since 2021 and speaks four languages: French, English, Arabic and Spanish.
