In order to better face the new challenges in the field of security, Amarante's team integrates skills and expertise from both the military field (former executives of elite units of the French Armed Forces) and civilians (specialised engineers, graduates of elite higher education institutions).
Donné joined Amarante in 2017 at its Senegal branch as manager of Amarante’s project for the new international airport of Dakar Blaise Diagne. Since July 2019, he is Director of airport security projects and currently oversees the security operations at the eight international airports of Madagascar.
Donné is an ICAO-certified AVSEC instructor since 2010 and also holds French certifications (ENAC/DGAC) in this field.
Donné began his career in 1995 with Air France and took a sabbatical from 2008 to 2011 to participate as Security Duty Manager in the first major privatisation project of airport security in the African continent (Avisecure, Abidjan, Ivory Coast). He finally left the company in 2015 after 19 years of service. Between 2016 and 2018 Donné carried out several consultancy missions for Amarante and other security companies, particularly in Chad, Mali and New Caledonia.
