In order to better face the new challenges in the field of security, Amarante's team integrates skills and expertise from both the military field (former executives of elite units of the French Armed Forces) and civilians (specialised engineers, graduates of elite higher education institutions).
Baptiste joined Amarante in 2018 in its Brussels office, Amarante Institutions Internationales. Since September 2019, he works as Business Development Manager, specializing in the development and management of security contracts for international organisations.
Recruited as a junior project manager, Baptiste actively participates in the development of the company in the institutional market and particularly with the European Union and the United Nations. He is deployed to manage the security contract for the EU Delegation in the Central African Republic. He then works on the deployment of the security contract for the EU Delegation in Afghanistan, in Brussels and later on in Kabul in the first half of 2019.
Before joining Amarante, Baptiste worked for the Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of the Interior and the French Senate. He holds a double bachelor's degree in History and Political Science from the University Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne. He also holds a DULA in Common Law and a Master's degree in International Affairs. Baptiste is fluent in French and English.
